      <image:title>Meet Our Team - Amy Warinner MS, NCC, LPC, LPC Supervisor (She/Her)</image:title>
      <image:caption>“What you nurture grows.” Amy enjoys supporting individuals and families with a variety of challenges. She is particularly experienced in supporting clients in recovery from trauma and addictions, self-harming behaviors, and recovery from harmful relationships. Many of her clients are teens, young adults, and families learning skills related to emotional regulation and healthier communication. She also enjoys working with people to improve their self-confidence, discover a new sense of self, and find purpose, meaning, and joy in life. Amy welcomes clients from early adolescence through adults of all ages. She is always motivated to work with groups to enhance team cohesiveness and motivation. Amy uses a variety of approaches to help clients reach their goals; she applies the polyvagal theory to help people understand connections and relationships between our body, mind, and spirit, including the importance of tending to all these elements to sustain deeper healing and feelings of connection. She combines the use of empirically-based interventions, including EMDR and somatic approaches, to help clients release negative emotions and energy stored in their bodies.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” - Viktor E. Frankl Jenna loves working with both adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity issues. She supports clients healing from a wide variety of traumatic experiences, body image issues, eating disorders, and recovery from addictions. Jenna is authentic and personable and strives to help her clients feel seen as an individual. She strives to create individualized therapy for each client, recognizing each person has different needs and goals in their therapeutic process. Jenna is certified in EMDR, a trauma-informed practice that helps clients process traumatic events in a deeply healing and effective way. She uses a person-centered, existential approach where Jenna helps clients identify and live out their meaning in their lives.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Meet Our Team - Marjon Murphy MS, NCC, Professional Counselor Associate (She/Her)</image:title>
      <image:caption>“Your symptoms do not define you, nor do your fears, but they are an important part of who you are at this moment.” - Karen Kleiman Counseling can help people get closer to happiness. Marjon uses a warm, empathic, interpersonal approach in her counseling. She is direct, honest, and humorous.  Marjon is here to challenge you because, while real growth isn't always comfortable, it is always worthwhile. Marjon prefers a strengths and process-based approach incorporating attachment, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and Gottman methods to support her clients. Marjon enjoys working with adults dealing with relationship issues, empty nesters, and those impacted by menopause, postpartum, breastfeeding, life transitions, blended families, divorce, or narcissistic abuse. Marjon is available for couples counseling.  Marjon has a particular passion for helping anyone with a baby. She gets the struggle and the mixed feelings of joy, doubt, ambivalence, and anxious uncertainty. She understands the reluctance of tired mothers to engage in therapy, but it can be so helpful! Marjon is certified in breastfeeding and has provided hands-on care to many families in Central Oregon as a postpartum doula.  She authored a book titled The Next Level Postpartum Doula and advocates for awareness of better perinatal mental health.  Marjon loves roaming the mountains and campgrounds of Oregon’s majestic wonderland in her free time with her dog, family, and girlfriends.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>“Your now is not your forever.” -John Green Recognizing the importance of meeting clients in their current state of readiness, Stef believes her role as a counselor is to provide a warm, comfortable, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their human experience at their own pace. She views each client as an expert in their own life. She aims to journey alongside them as they cultivate emotional awareness, expand their capacity for resilience and regulation, and develop adaptive coping skills. With a humanistic approach, Stef incorporates elements from theories that facilitate inner-child work, self-reflection, and empowerment, often infusing laughter and humor to foster connection and strengthen the therapeutic alliance.  In her free time, Stef enjoys diving into fantasy fiction novels, rock climbing, and camping with her partner and their senior dog.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>“Imagine how we would be if we were less afraid.” -Charles Mackesy Mark believes growth flourishes with self-exploration, challenging conventional behavioral patterns, and goal-building. He strives to offer all clients a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, authenticity, and unwavering support, creating a safe space to process complex emotions and self-exploration. He currently helps adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and growth in interpersonal relationships. Mark specializes in providing Rehabilitation Counseling for people with cognitive disabilities. He supports clients in building the skills required to develop deeper connections within their relationships. He helps clients understand generational patterns and heal trauma, build new interpersonal communication skills, and better understand the dynamics of their attachment styles and family systems.   Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and dog, Indiana Jones. He can be found outdoors in Central Oregon, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, drinking coffee, gardening, or attending concerts.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” — Brené Brown Claire loves to hear peoples stories and creates a nonjudgemental, compassionate space for the client to be authentically themselves. She incorporates laughter, understanding and challenges negative core beliefs of self. Claire enjoys working with the theory of Internal Family Systems, this theory views the individual as made up of many different, dynamic parts, and works to access them and eventually heal them. She focuses on person-centered and strength-based counseling which fosters an environment for personal growth and a focus on clients resilience and positive qualities to improve their quality of life and promote self-awareness. Claire grew up in Bend, Oregon and loves being outside, walking her dogs, dancing to folk music, playing music and snowboarding. She got her undergraduate degree in Salt Lake City where she majored in Environmental Studies, minored in Spanish and played soccer. She shows up in the counseling room as present, compassionate, curious and enthusiastic to grow together. Claire is almost done with her Masters in Counseling degree and will graduate in the Spring of 2026.</image:caption>
